Do It Yourself Cupcake Centerpiece for $3.50 EACH!

DO IT YOURSELF CUPCAKE CENTERPIECE PRIZES

As an avid Birthday Party thrower for my two children, I'm always on the lookout for cool inexpensive ideas for centerpieces that double as prizes.  For my daughters cupcake party, I accidentally stumbles across this idea while trolling the aisles of my local Dollar Tree.

Here is what you will need:
1 glass candle stick holder

1 glass votive candle holder (large)

Silver tinsel sheets or shredded filler

1 pink loofah (or any color)

1 red pom pom (cherry on top!)

Glass Cement (Amazing E-6000 Glue or other)

Instructions:
Begin by making sure the glass items being glued together are clean.  Turn the glass votive holder upside down on a flat surface.  Place a ring of glue on the outer edges of the top (smallest part) of the candle holder.  Glue the candle holder to the bottom of the votive holder. Next, glue a red pom pom to your loofah making certain that the handle of your loofah is on the bottom.  Let everything dry for 24 hours.  Once dry, turn your project right side up with the opening of the votive holder facing upwards.  Place shredded gift bag filler inside the large votive holder and fill with small body washes as prizes.  Place the loofah on top (cherry side up) carefully tucking the handle into the votive holder.  IF you wish, you may tie a bow around the base.  See finished project below :)
